MeridAx provides payment intermediary services, connecting merchants and card issuers to acquiring banks and payment processors within our global network. MeridAx is not a bank, payment processor, or regulated financial institution. All payment processing is conducted by regulated banking and processing partners to whom we connect clients.
Our services are available to businesses and corporate entities only. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of the entity you represent, and that your business operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a binding agreement. All service arrangements are subject to a separate written agreement, successful KYC/AML due diligence, and acceptance by an appropriate banking partner within our network. MeridAx reserves the right to decline any application without explanation.

All fees for MeridAx services will be set out in a written service agreement prior to engagement. MeridAx earns a commercial spread between rates negotiated with banking partners and rates provided to clients. One-time connection fees may apply. No fees will be charged without prior written agreement.
Both parties agree to treat all non-public information shared during the course of the relationship as strictly confidential. This includes pricing terms, banking partner identities, and business information. This obligation survives the termination of any service relationship.
MeridAx acts as an intermediary only. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or decisions of banking partners, payment processors, or card schemes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeridAx’s liability is limited to the direct fees paid to MeridAx in the preceding three months.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of MeridAx Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
